cool enough room, competent staff and the hotel is perfectly placed. breakfast is extensive, i loved it. it is located walk from restaurants and cafes. there's overnight parking available and fine internet too.

Super staff, abundant breakfast and good value. You could walk to stores and a market. Perfect service at the cafe! Would stay here again, an excellent experience with exceptional views.

Great value hotel, fairly clean, with perfect location just next door to Chicago and downtown. We loved all the staff, they are excellent people.

Absolutely charming staff, the room was well-kept and I loved unbelievable location. Cute view, a bigger balcony, relaxing bed, too. Breakfast was very tasty, drinks were wonderful. The beach was sandy and near the hotel. Good value, a superb stay.

The decor is modern, it's a really impeccable hotel.

We had a luxurious stay at this continental hotel. Fine staff, reasonably clean quiet bedrooms. There were pastries, tea, hot waffles, fruit and coffee in cafe during breakfast. There was a simple restaurant, stores and a market next door. Also, a science museum was max 25 minutes walk to.

All was spotless, I liked impressive location and staff. Comfy bedroom with a luxurious bathroom. It was decent and the bed was large.

Free WiFi and easy check in. It was just next door 49th Street Beach. The bar was great with friendly staff. Pool was nice, comfortable to sit around. We liked everything and would stay here again.

The staff were OUTSTANDINGLY FRIENDLY; it was good value. I visited a zoo and restaurants close to the hotel. Magnificent view of ocean. Painless check-in, fast check-out. Cold juices, cocktails, coffee and gins in the swim-up bar, great parking place.

A great place to stay. Standard king room included climate control, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a writing table.

It was good value among other available hotels in Chicago. Very responsive staff, wonderful rooms in a lovely location. The downstairs bar was executive and the drinks were tasty.

We really loved it. Location and rooms were fine, as everything at that hotel. Hyde Park district was worth staying in. The coffee bar was available on the premises. Every member of the staff was helpful...

It was very clean and great hotel. We really enjoyed to have evening drinks at Bibliophile, based nearby.

Hotel's right by tourist spots like buckingham fountain. Valois Restaurant, located within 20 minutes' walk, is a good dining option.
